<p><strong>I Am The 139</strong> is a <em><strong>not-for-profit organisation</strong></em> with the central theme of youth empowerment, which organises annual events for youths and their educational/ career development.<img class="alignnone wp-image-1903 size-full" src="http://www.mystorymagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/screenshot_2019-05-07-02-02-33-1-1-1374502172.png" width="538" height="500">&#8220;This year, we have gone a step further to start a new initiative, the <strong>#IAmSankofaProject</strong>.<img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-1907" src="http://www.mystorymagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/screenshot_2019-05-07-01-56-38-11576751221.png" width="1080" height="719">The<strong> I Am</strong> <strong>Sankofa Project </strong>aims to repair and restore the <em><strong>Nifa Kindergarten and Primary School in Adukrom township</strong></em>, located in the <strong>Eastern Region of Ghana.&#8221;</strong><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-1904" src="http://www.mystorymagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/screenshot_2019-05-07-01-56-06-11726709144.png" width="1080" height="1015">Your donations will help us build a safe and welcoming environment for the children and provide learning materials which will help improve their academic performance.<img class="alignnone wp-image-1905 size-full" src="http://www.mystorymagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/screenshot_2019-05-07-01-55-08-11027695096.png" width="1079" height="1031" data-temp-aztec-id="0e0c9ae2-e79f-404f-955e-abcdf0b9b66f">A breakdown of the expenses are as follows;<br />

&#8211; Painting and decorating= £1,500<br />
&#8211; Grounds Levelling= £2,000<br />
&#8211; Rain water harvesters and tracking system= £1,300<br />
&#8211; Metal railings and fencing of verandah and school premises = £1,500<br />
&#8211; Playground= £2,000<br />
&#8211; Reconstruction of staircase and school grounds access= £2,000<br />
