<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Donrinda Bruce-Acquah, Customer Strategy &; Planning Lead at Unilever Ghana, is redefining what purposeful leadership means by placing people, service and impact at the heart of professional success.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">As a member of Unilever Ghana’s Leadership Team, Bruce-Acquah plays a key role in shaping the company’s growth agenda while driving innovation in how brands connect with shoppers. Her approach combines strategic thinking with a strong commitment to developing people and creating lasting impact.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Her career journey has also given her valuable international exposure, with professional experiences in the Philippines, Kenya and Luxembourg. These experiences have broadened her perspective and strengthened her ability to bring global insights to local business challenges.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">However, her leadership journey began long before she entered the corporate world. Her involvement in the Scouts movement during high school and her service as General Secretary of the Student Representative Council at the University of Cape Coast helped shape her understanding of service, accountability and leadership.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Bruce-Acquah has a strong academic foundation in Economics and Mathematics, complemented by a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Clermont-Ferrand in France. She is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), further strengthening her expertise in consumer insight, marketing and strategy.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">For Bruce-Acquah, leadership extends beyond achieving business targets. She believes the true measure of success can also be found in the people influenced and empowered along the way.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Her commitment to mentoring the next generation, leading diverse teams and driving strategic change reflects a leadership philosophy centred on purpose and empathy.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Through her work at Unilever Ghana, Bruce-Acquah continues to demonstrate how strategic leadership can go beyond business performance to create opportunities for people and contribute to meaningful growth.</p>
