As a member of Unilever Ghana’s Leadership Team, Bruce-Acquah plays a key role in shaping the company’s growth agenda while driving innovation in how brands connect with shoppers. Her approach combines strategic thinking with a strong commitment to developing people and creating lasting impact.
Her career journey has also given her valuable international exposure, with professional experiences in the Philippines, Kenya and Luxembourg. These experiences have broadened her perspective and strengthened her ability to bring global insights to local business challenges.
However, her leadership journey began long before she entered the corporate world. Her involvement in the Scouts movement during high school and her service as General Secretary of the Student Representative Council at the University of Cape Coast helped shape her understanding of service, accountability and leadership.
Bruce-Acquah has a strong academic foundation in Economics and Mathematics, complemented by a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Clermont-Ferrand in France. She is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), further strengthening her expertise in consumer insight, marketing and strategy.
