YOUNG GHANAIAN ENTREPRENEUR RELEASES AN IMPACTFUL BOOK TITLED, “TESTING THE PAINT”. A MUST READ FOR EVERY STARTUP ENTREPRENEUR.
It was such a classic and inspiring night on Saturday, 26th May 2018 at The Impact Hub-Osu, as Derrick S. Vormawor, one of the true entrepreneurs of the land making the continent proud globally, launched his first self published book titled, TESTING THE PAINT (Growing Into The Role Of The CEO).
According to the newest published author, TESTING THE PAINT is a book series he will be writing and this particular reel which was initially released online in January 2018, gives a deeper revelation on growing into the role of the CEO, and a must read for every startup entrepreneur.
In there, the author shared his entrepreneurial journey and the principles that works for him. He also shared in the book, new strategies for entrepreneurs including how to sell your business in 60 seconds and how to put your business on the path of sustainability, growth and expansion.
The author, is already on book tour pushing the book to various students from the Senior high school level to tertiary level in various regions of Ghana. He intends to touch a lot of lives within and outside Ghana with the book. Already his book is in high demand in Kenya.
Having started his entrepreneurial journey with a borrowed laptop and a big dream, it took Derrick about two years to finally release this book. When asked why it took so long, he made us understand that he had to find his voice and path as an author and that came with a lot of patience and consistency. Moreover, he thought it wise to start a publishing firm to make the dreams of other writers a reality.
Testing the paint is already impacting a lot of lives all over, and the hard cover comes with the online chapter plus a bonus chapter sub titled, “…And I Dared Nairobi” where the author talks about overcoming the fear of the unknown and making that move that changes everything for good. In less than two weeks after the launch, the author has clocked over 300 copy sales and still counting.
