The Business Startup Clinic (TBSUC) has been fondly described by many as one of the fastest rising events happening in Africa, that is making the most impact and breeding irrefutable results. This event is organised by Platinum Africa Solutions; a business consulting firm that helps businesses to Strategize, Organize & Globalize in Africa.
Having started the event in July, 2017, the team has held three successful editions in Accra, Ghana and two amazing editions in Nairobi, Kenya; w
ith various participants from Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Germany, United Kingdom and China.
One unforgettable edition is the Barefoot Edition held in Accra, Ghana which left participants emotional, dared and inspired: it was “a business event turned emotional”, as participants shed tears and hugged each other in a true “bare foot and bare heart” session.
The most recent edition was held in Nairobi, Kenya at The Kijiji, Ngong-Lane on 4th May,2018, where participants received legal advice, business growth and expansion strategies and a pack of emotional inspiration to take Africa by Storm. This edition also awarded one outstanding Kenyan youth (Naomi Monari of Bena Care-Kenya) who was voted the most outstanding Kenyan Startup Entrepreneur.
The creator of The Business Startup Clinic, Founder & CEO of Platinum Africa Solutions Limited, Mr. Derrick Seyram Vormawor is one of Ghana’s young entrepreneurs making the nation proud in many ways. He was recently named among Top 30 under 30 Ghanaians worldwide pioneering a change in Ghana by The Future of Ghana Organization in United Kingdom, and is known for his powerful startup story of starting his business with a borrowed laptop and a big dream.
Presently, he is celebrated across Africa for his immense contribution to the development of startups and businesses in and outside of Africa, consulting for businesses in Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, USA, Germany, Kuwait, Dubai, among others.
The next edition of The Business Startup Clinic comes off on 14th July, 2018 in Ghana. This event, being the 6th Edition will also mark the 1 year anniversary of TBSUC.
